Fixed a date type assigning issue.  When the reminder table was being
	filtered by a date type and you changed the date type for one of the
	rows, an exception would be thrown and the UI would not reflect the
	new date type correctly.  This is now fixed.
	Internally, an exception similar to the following was thrown:
		[NSCFArray objectAtIndex:]: index (2) beyond bounds (2)

Minor age/years calculation fix.  Depending on the time zone used to
	create the date entry in the Address Book, the age/years calculation
	might be off by one year.

Updated help file images to include the new icons for the various date
	types.

Custom date labels are always displayed in the Name column of the Reminder Table.

	  when entering the date.
	- iCal uses the system time zone when creating entries
	- All dates are converted to use GMT within the application. 

Updated credits display in the about box.  There were issues displaying that
	information in Tiger (10.4).

Fixed a 'Export to iCal...' Windowing bug that would cause the application to Crash.
	It was possible to cause the application to crash by switching focus
	away from and back to the export window.

	If you ever received the error "[-30720] Invalid date and time <time format>",
	this release fixes it.
	This also fixes issues related to the exporting of events
	to the wrong date.  For some locales, the year would generally get used as
	the day of the event, the month would get used as the day of the event,
	and the day of the event would get used as the starting year.
	Code was changed to attempt to detect the locale's preferred date format.
	If it can not be determined, it will always force the date to:
		Mon DD, YYYY hh:mm or DD Mon, YYYY hh:mm
	It does appear to be an issue in AppleScript.

Slight change of scripts to create, update and delete events in iCal.
	One user experienced the following error:
		iCal got an error: NSCannotCreateScriptCommandError

Fixed time conversion of the 'Event Time:' field in the Scheduling Tab

	some locales, the time was not parsed correctly resulting in
	events always being scheduled at 00:00 (midnight).

Code now adjusts for time zone information kept in dates loaded
	from the Address Book.  All Dates in the Address Book include
	a time zone, so if you move and change your time zone, you could
	end up with dates in your Address Booking showing the wrong date
	with respect to your new time zone.  This affected Birthday
	Reminder's next birthday calculations.

Added support for iCal alarms.  The "Alarm" tab in the 'Export to iCal...'
	window provides the interface for adding alarms to events exported
	to iCal.  Alarms can be set for multiple day ranges.

Allows for events exported to iCal to be scheduled at a specific time instead of
	being forced to be all-day events.  Many portable devices, such as
	mobile phones, may not synchronize all day events into their calendars.

Renamed "Recurrence" tab to "Scheduling" tab in 'Export to iCal..'

Fixed misnamed resource issue.  Caused a nil exception on exports in version
	1.1.0 Beta 2.  Bundling was incorrect.
	If upgrading from a previous version,  the misnamed resource issue
	resulting in all exports generating all-day events in iCal even if the
	export configuration requested a specific time.

Removed extra spaces from around a person's display name.  In some instances, the
	space would cause the iCal event to appear to be missing a description.
	The description was defined, it was just not visible.

Fixed the never ending export problem.  In cases when a person's first name or last name
	was not defined in Address Book, the export would never end and the spinning progress

	Reminder Table would show "(null)" as the person's undefined first name or last name.
	It no longer shows "(null)".  Instead, the missing data is just ignored.

	Birthday Reminder will automatically rename the preferences file.

For those who always have Birthday Reminder running:
Date rollovers are now handled, so it will automatically refresh
the Reminder Table to reflect the current date.

Fixed the following iCal integration issues.

	- When an iCal calendar was deleted with birthday entries and
	  the advanced "Update existing entries in original calendar." radio button is
	  selected in the "Advanced" tab of the "Export to iCal..." dialog,
	  the application tried to update the entries in the nonexistent calendar.
	  An error stating "The variable cal is not defined." would be displayed
	  and the export would stop.
	  The application now silently moves those entries to the currently selected
	  calendar.

	- When an iCal calendar is deleted and another one is created with the same name,
	  Birthday Reminder will display an error saying "The variable myEvent is not defined."
	  The application now silently creates those entries in the currently selected
	  calendar.
	  
	- Improved error handling when creating calendars.

	- Resynchronizes the calendar list every time the "Export to iCal..." dialog is opened.
	  Useful if you delete a calendar while Birthday Reminder is running.

	- When exporting in another locale (such as German), the default date format
	  would cause an error stating "Invalid date and time <format string>".
	  Fixed the export to use the current locale's date format.
