Steps to Follow

The default export scheduling settings create entries in iCal that are all-day events (no specific time) and recur yearly. See Figure 1.

  1. Make sure the 'Export to iCal...' dialog is visible.
  2. Select the 'Scheduling' tab.

  3. Change the settings to the desired state.

    See Schedule Settings section for details on the various settings.

    NOTE: If you have previously done an export and want to make sure your recurrence settings take effect on those existing entries, select the 'Update all existing entries' radio button in the 'Advanced' tab.
  4. Click the 'Export' button.

Schedule Settings

Setting Definition
Make all-day events in iCal. Entries created by Milestone Reminder are scheduled as an all-day event. I.e. there is not specific start and stop time for the event.
Schedule event at a specific time. Entries created by Milestone Reminder are scheduled to start at the 'Event Time'. Events are automatically created with a 30 minute duration.
Event Time The time-of-day that an event is scheduled to start. This text field is only activated when the 'Schedule event at a specific time.' radio button is selected.
Make entries recur yearly. If checked, entries will automatically recur yearly. If unchecked, you will need to perform an export at least once per year.

If you cancel, your export settings are not saved.
